There's a fine line between genius and insanity......But I don't ever intend to cross over to the genius side.

I've been back in the real world for less than 12 hours, and I all I can think of is - When am I gonna wake up and be back in that side room in Holy Trinity School's library?  It doesn't feel real yet.  I want to be back in Harlan so, so badly.

Anyways, I'm leaving again, this time for the Kaiser lake house, and I'll be back by tomorrow afternoon.  Call the cell if you need me; I'll actually have it with me this time.

"It's really a natural progression - bullied child to international terrorist; kind of like cheerleader to prostitute or jock to Wallmart."

- The Deli.  Rather entertaining celeb-bashing site run by a guy who I would be sure is completely, 100% gay, except that he continually talks about his fantasies to father Jennifer Garner's babies.

So I graduated, I had a graduation party, I went to lots of other people's graduation parties, I worked a whole lot.  That's all that's happening in my life right now.

But guess what happens in one week?

Alias went out with neither a bang nor a whimper, just a "meh."

Last day of high school is tomorrow.  Holy crap.  Let's hope it goes out with more than a "meh."

A good week for the last full week of high school.  I don't think anything special happened on Monday, and Tuesday was just Spanish Club dinner.  One of the best days of the week was Wednesday, when Slip, Lucki, Tommy, and I went to Incar to pimp Youth Group to the 8th graders.  Missing all but two classes, going out to lunch at Grinder's, talking about Youth Group for 3 hours, what's not to love?  Thursday, I went to Youth Group for about a half-hour, but opted out on the rest of it in favor of watching the boys volleyball team play Fairmont in regional semis.  I hadn't gone to one of their games yet this year, and I wanted a chance to get to support them.  It was a pretty intense game, too.  Glad I went.  I also realized that that was the first sporting event I have attended since basketball season ended.  Which made me feel both sad and pathetic.  Heh.  After the game, I met Ben for a bit at Starbucks, but I couldn't stay out too late.  Friday was the senior class' pool party.  That was great.  Got to school at 7, and the pool party didn't stop until 8:20.  The only part that sucked was when Jabba was being a buzzkill and wouldn't let me set up my volleyball net in the parking lot.  Whatever.  After school, I hung out in the parking lot a little bit for the cookout, then Amanda and I left to go birthday shopping.  The party that evening was pretty fun, but I ended up leaving really early because I was so freaking tired.  I worked on Saturday afternoon, then went to bonfire(s) in the evening.  Today was kinda nondescript, we had a soccer game that turned into a nature walk/gossip session, I had a CPR recertification class, then I went over to Abby's in the evening to "study."  Hoo yeah.  That was great fun, and made the day okay overall.

This week should be really busy, but really fun.  Starting tomorrow, which involves two exams, studying for two more exams tomorrow, working, and somehow finding time to fit in the series (yes, series) finale of Alias.  How appropriate that it ends the same time that my high school career does.

Also, this time next month we will already be back from Harlan.  That is all.

Pickup soccer games pick back up tomorrow.  3:00 'til whenever.  Forest Field Park.  You know you wanna join in the fun.

More complete update when I'm less tired.
